Ann Meehan, MS, LPCC, RPT-S received her master’s degree from Bemidji State University in 2010. Ann is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and is a Registered Play Therapist and Supervisor (RPT-S). She is experienced in working with children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and family settings. Ann’s areas of expertise and special interest include: anxiety, depression, behavioral difficulties, anger, adjustment to life difficulties, family transitions, trauma, grief and loss, and parenting. Ann emphasizes the strengths in each person and uses a variety of therapeutic approaches to best fit the needs of each client. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, EMDR, and strengths based approaches. Ann is certified in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT).
