Ann Meehan, MS, LPCC , RPT-S received her master’s degree from Bemidji State University in 2010. Ann is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and is a Registered Play Therapist and Supervisor (RPT-S). She is experienced in working with children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and family settings. Ann’s areas of expertise and special interest include: anxiety, depression, behavioral difficulties, anger, adjustment to life difficulties, family transitions, trauma, grief and loss, and parenting. Ann emphasizes the strengths in each person and uses a variety of therapeutic approaches to best fit the needs of each client. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR, and strengths based approaches.
