Sara Pogue MSW, LGSW received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Loyola University in Chicago and is in the process of earning her clinical license. She enjoys working with people of all ages including children, adolescents, adults, and families. She works from a holistic, strengths-based perspective and enjoys empowering clients to access their inner resources to promote healing and healthy living. Sara’s areas of special interest include: trauma, depression, anxiety, relational issues, adjustment, stage of life issues, cultural concerns, addiction, and abuse. She is also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
