Annika Bartos, MA, LMFT earned her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota in 2012. She enjoys providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, teens, and adults in a variety of setting including individual, couple, family, and group therapy. She uses a systemic approach by paying attention to external, relational, and historical factors that contribute to current dynamics. She has experience working with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, codependency, addiction, trauma, and abuse issues on a wide variety of mental health diagnoses. She also has experience addressing multicultural issues, societal stressors, spirituality issues, and sexual concerns. Annika is certified in DBT and trained in EMDR as well as certified in Prepare/Enrich couple assessment.
