Life Development Resources has been providing quality Mental Health & Chemical Dependency Services to the Twin Cities Metro area for over 30 years. Our desire to help our community live abundantly has always been a cornerstone for our services. We are currently seeking a part-time Administrative Program Assistant to manage the front desk at our St. Paul Clinic and support our Mental Health Response Team (MHRT), Trauma Recovery Network (TRN), and Relational Health Program administrative needs.

Overview:

Location: St. Paul
Hours: 25-32 hours/week

Responsibilities:

  • Assist program clinical leads and directors to administer programs & manage complex director level calendars
  • Greeting and checking in all clients and visitors, including collection of payments and co-payments, collecting client information including personal and financial information, scheduling clients as needed, and notifying therapists of client arrival
  • Answering the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette
  • Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized
  • Respond to clients, prospective clients, and visitor inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Keeps office supplies adequately stocked by anticipating inventory needs, monitoring office equipment, and ordering supplies as needed
  • Regular communication with third-party partners, including county, corrections, and law enforcement
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Competency with Procentive (or other EHR) preferred
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and client confidentiality preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred
