Jessica Smith, MA, LMFT, has provided mental health services to youth and adults in a variety of settings, including home, school and office, since 2012. She began working at Life Development Resources in 2015 and was licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in 2017. Jessica enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults both individually and in the family setting using a systemic and strengths-based approach. Areas of special interest include parenting challenges, anxiety, depression, ADHD, AS, Trauma, relational issues, and child attachment. She is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).


Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Youth Development Studied from North Central University 2010 and Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University 2014.
