Lukas Eisen, MHP has completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Munich (LMU), Germany and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Lukas has worked many years in youth ministry with teenagers and young adults in Germany, as well as two years as a preschool teacher in the Twin Cities. His interest are working with clients of all ages, children, adolescents, adults, couples and families with a variety of concerns such as interpersonal conflict, communication, parenting, depression and anxiety. Lukas uses a collaborative therapy style to help his clients’ voices to be heard as well as a systemic perspective to help clients understand the context and the factors that play an important role in their mental health. Spirituality is also an important factor that shapes his practice and is eager to incorporate spirituality into therapy as much as my clients wish. Lukas is trained in DBT and Prepare/Enrich.
