Mary Brehl

Mary Brehl, MHP, is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, expecting to graduate in 2020.  Mary works with children, adolescents and adults.  She has a special interest in working with grief and loss, caregivers’ concerns, life transitions, and relational issues within couples and families.  Mary is currently training in DBT and has competency in sand tray therapy and Prepare/Enrich.


Speciality: anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, caregiver concerns, relational issues for individuals, couples and families.

Education: Master’s student in Marriage and Family Therapy at St. Mary’s University

Though our physical locations are closed, Life Development Resources (LDR) provides Telehealth (online-like Facetime or Skype) services. Therefore, current clients of LDR can use such services so that there is no interruption of their care during a time of social distancing to prevent the spread of the COVID-19. We also continue to accept new clients as long as we have availability.

As part of our commitment to the health and wellbeing to our staff, clients, and the larger community, our clinic continues to monitor local, state and federal agencies and are observing their recommendations.
