Minda Sanborn, MA, LMFT earned her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from North Central University in 2014. Minda works with adults, adolescents, and children in individual, family and group therapy settings. She provides services to a wide variety of clients using a strengths based approach. She specializes in dealing with depression, anxiety, and trauma. Minda’s other areas of special interest include grief and loss, blended families, and parenting children with special needs. Minda is an EMDR consultant in training, EMDR certified and DBT trained.

Though our physical locations are closed, Life Development Resources (LDR) provides Telehealth (online-like Facetime or Skype) services. Therefore, current clients of LDR can use such services so that there is no interruption of their care during a time of social distancing to prevent the spread of the COVID-19. We also continue to accept new clients as long as we have availability.

As part of our commitment to the health and wellbeing to our staff, clients, and the larger community, our clinic continues to monitor local, state and federal agencies and are observing their recommendations.
