Lynn Schonthaler, MA, LAMFT is a clinical trainee who specializes in anxiety and depression, trauma, parenting and relational challenges. She has a particular interest in working with teens and adults of all ages in life transitions and with issues related to grief and loss, LGBTQIA+, and spirituality. She is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Systemic Family Therapy, and PREPARE/ENRICH couples inventory. Lynn brings an encouraging presence and collaborative strengths-based approach to help her clients improve their mental health and relationships and move toward the life they want to live.
