In marriage and couples therapy, we realize that every relationship goes through varying levels of ease and difficulty. Often, challenges that a couple faces provide a means for growth both personally and for the relationship as a whole. Working with a therapist, you’ll learn skills to solidify your relationship and work through challenges together. Throughout the therapeutic process, clients will work towards building as well as reinforcing a strong emotional bond with one another. This bond will then be the foundation for a nurturing relationship.
Working with couples, the therapist will explore the positive and challenging parts of the relationship to better understand the sources of conflicts. Our therapists offer a balanced approach that targets both members of the couple unit equally.
