Anna Anderson, BA is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Winona State University. She is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where individuals feel supported, valued, and empowered. Anna believes in meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively to support healing and growth. She offers both in-person and telehealth counseling sessions.
Anna works from a client-centered, strength-based approach, empowering individuals to take the lead in goal setting, identify personal concerns, build resilience, and create meaningful, positive change. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, communication, and relational and family concerns.
Anna has experience supporting clients with behavioral challenges, emotional regulation and distress tolerance difficulties, eating disorders, severe and persistent mental illness, trauma, anxiety, and depression. She is dedicated to helping individuals develop skills, strengthen resilience, and live lives aligned with their goals and values.
