Anna Groen

Anna Groen, MA, LMFT received her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary in 2012. She enjoys working with people of all ages including children, teens, adults, couples, and family groups. She uses a systemic approach in treating a variety of mental and emotional concerns; paying attention to external, relational, and historical factors that contribute to current dynamics. She has experience in providing help for problems such as self-esteem, child/adolescent emotional and behavioral problems, anxiety, depression, parenting concerns, family conflict and relationship issues. She also has interest in working alongside people dealing with life transitions, addiction, eating disorders, trauma, parenting concerns, adoption issues, marriage difficulties, and spiritual concerns. Anna is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy for children, and PREPARE/ENRICH couples inventory.
