Beth Wittek, BS, is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Wisconsin-Superior. She works with children (ages 8 and older), adolescents, adults, and families. With clients, Beth consciously creates a safe, empathetic, yet productive setting where they have space to identify therapy goals. Together, Beth and clients will create attainable action items that empower clients to live a positive life by improving their well-being and mental state. To best understand her clients, Beth uses a person-centered approach, practicing unconditional positive regard, while also gaining a broader understanding of their story through a systems lens.
