Briana Johnson

Briana Johnson, MS, LPCC, CRC provides a warm, compassionate, and practical space for individuals and families navigating trauma, life transitions, high-stress careers, and the unique demands of service and caregiving.

Her work has a particular focus on first responders and their families, veterans, individuals in high-stress professions, and people navigating significant life changes. She brings over a decade of experience working with veterans, along with experience in rehabilitation counseling and working with individuals with disabilities. As a first responder spouse herself, she also has a personal understanding of the unique experiences, demands, and challenges that can come with loving and supporting someone in a first responder career.

Her approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, strengths-based approaches, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused practices. Briana believes in meeting people where they are, honoring their experiences, and working collaboratively to build greater resilience, clarity, connection, and confidence.

Whether you are processing difficult experiences, adjusting to a new chapter, supporting someone you love, or simply feeling stuck, her goal is to provide a space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward.
