Dianne Henschel

Dianne Henschel, MA, LAMFT, Clinical Trainee, received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in 2020. Dianne provides individual, couples and family therapy for adolescents and adults of all ages. Dianne is passionate about helping people overcome barriers and reach their goals. She works from a systemic and strengths-based perspective using a collaborative approach. Dianne is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sand tray therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).


Specialties: Trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, relational concerns for couples and families, adoption, attachment, transitions, spiritual concerns, stage of life issues, crisis debriefing for grief/loss, expatriates, miscarriage and other life transitions.
