Michelle Frauenshuh, MA, LMFT, is the owner and President of Life Development Resources, dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. Since earning her master’s degree in counseling psychology from Bethel University in 1999, she has worked with people of all ages, bringing compassion and expertise to every stage of life.
With extensive clinical experience, Michelle specializes in child and adolescent behavior issues, adoption concerns, trauma, and cases involving emotional, physical, and sexual abuse. She is also skilled in treating anxiety, depression, personality disorders, traumatic brain injuries, chemical dependency, relationship and marriage challenges, and spiritual concerns.
Beyond her direct clinical work, Michelle is passionate about mentoring the next generation of therapists as a board-approved Clinical Supervisor. As a dynamic speaker, she also frequently presents on a variety of topics throughout the community. One of her key areas of focus is Behavioral Threat Assessment Management in schools and workplaces, where she works to foster safer environments for all.
