Monica Vang

Monica is interested in individual and family counseling from ages 7 and up. She also works in School-Linked Behavioral Health (SLBH) and Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS) programs. She is passionate about creating a safe and encouraging environment without judgement to help clients reach their goals. She strives to help clients find hope in the healing process. She promotes empowerment and strength in clients to make positive changes to living a better life.


Specialties: CBT, EMDR, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, domestic violence, relational issues, spiritual integration, grief, emotional and behavioral problems, and family systems.

Education: Bachelors degree in Psychology and Biblical studies at the University of Northwestern – St Paul. Masters degree in Counseling and Psychological studies at the University of Saint Mary’s – Twin Cities. She is currently pursuing her LPCC licensure.
